Fluorine lined pneumatic butterfly valve

 

The fluorine lined butterfly valve seat and valve plate is made by the PTFE, has both the common butterfly valve mechanical strength, and also can play strong resistance to chemical medium properties of PTFE or PA. The anticorrosion performance is excellent. It is applicable

to all kinds of acidalkali salt and oxidantreductantorganic solvent and other media. It

Pneumatic actuator working principle:

Double acting (POADA):


(Counterclockwise)

Compressed air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the output shaft to turn

counterclockwise, while the air is being exhausted from Port 4.

(Clockwise) Air to Port 4 forces the pistons inwards, causing the pinion to turn clockwise

while the air is being exhausted from Port 2.


Single acting (POASR):

(Counterclockwise)


Compressed air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress,

the pinion counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from Port 4.

(Clockwise)

Loss of air pressure, the stored energy in the springs forces the pistons inwards,

the pinion turns clockwise, while air is being exhausted from Port 4.
